Central Pennsylvania Surgical Associates began as a private practice founded in 1996 by Dr. Luciano (Lou) A. DiMarco, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.  Dr. DiMarco began his practice of General Surgery with concentration in Laparoscopic technique. Dr. Scot Currie , D.O. joined The Weight Loss Clinic in July 2002 following his graduation from the Surgical Residency program at Community General Hospital / Pinnacle Health. Doctor Currie is board certified and continues to perform General and laparoscopic surgery through his practice at Central Pennsylvania Surgical Associates, Ltd. in addition to the Bariatric procedures through The Weight Loss Clinic. Matthew D. Davidson, D.O. joined Central Pennsylvania Surgical Associates, Ltd.
and The Weight Loss Clinic in 2004 following graduation from the Surgical Residency program at Community General Hospital. Dr. Davidson continues with a very active practice of General Surgery. He provides surgical services at Fulton County Medical Center, a rural health center located in McConnellsburg, PA. along with his practice at Community General Hospital in Harrisburg. Dr. Davidson

Dr.  Prashar D.O. brings a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine to Central Pennsylvania Surgical Associates, Ltd. He earned a bachelor's degree in Biology form George Mason University. While pursuing his bachelor's degree he worked at INOVA Fairfax hospital in the laboratory, anesthesia and emergency  departments.  He then spent five years at New Jersey's University of Medicine. In 2007 he was chief surgical resident.  He left Philadelphia and completed a fellowship in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery concentrating in bariatrics.

 Justin D. Rosenberger, D.O., is a General and Bariatric Surgeon at Pinnacle Health in Harrisburg, PA.  Dr. Rosenberger completed his undergraduate training at Allegheny College in Meadville.  He then finished his medical school training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his general surgery residency and bariatric surgery
training at Pinnacle Health.  In addition to general and bariatric surgery, he has an interest in minimally invasive surgery and participates with the training of general
surgery residents at Pinnacle Health.

Jeffrey M Small D.O. Is an Undergraduate of North Carolina State University with a
BS in Microbiology and Genetics. He attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internship at Pinnacle Health in Harrisburg Pennsylvania.
